BN COBOT FLEX-KIT

BN COBOT FLEX-KIT is developed by PMA in collaboration with Bagger-Nielsen and is a robot kit that fits a wide range of cobots.

We have previously successfully produced our BN UR kit for Universal Robots, but the new robot kit is distinguished by fitting cobots from a large number of the leading robot manufacturers.

The BN COBOT FLEX-KIT has a uniquely designed Conduit Holder, that easily can be mounted on the robot regardless of diameter and shape. It is mounted with either the supplied velcro straps or with additional fastening of cable ties, in case of particularly heavy loads.

The Conduit Holder is also fitted with a 360-degree swivel and tilt base, which reduces the load on the hose, provides lower friction and extended service life.

At the far end of the kit, a Strain Relief Ring is mounted to relief strain and to fixate individual cables and tubes to a conduit terminal.

The kit consists of:

3 meters XR90 or XTPC flex hose
2 conduit holders with swivel/tilt function
1 strain relief holder
2 velcro straps
